So much accumulated that it was necessary to vent. Fear and insecurity arrived without an invitation to keep us company. Suddenly it became necessary to release sensations that surrounded us day and night. At times I felt like I was sitting in the dark of an umbra. But I wasn't alone, the whole world was with me. Get it out there, my mind told me. And I did. As if in an attempt to record time, I made art. I gave freedom so that, when faced with the surface, the materials followed their paths. The organic forms that emerged, from a planned chance, were like abstract pieces of a part of me. From a part of us.
